Purcell Communications took care of the problem with start-to-finish report process management. We assigned experienced process management professionals with the right skillset to oversee every step, from pre-project planning to post-project review. Each quarter, our project managers fielded requirements, planned activity, and bridged the gap between freelance writers and internal team members to make certain that everyone had the information they needed.
In total, Purcell Communications project managers oversaw the production of 250 commentaries each quarter for the client, coordinating the work of 14 writers and six reviewers. They also fielded client feedback and looked for process enhancements that would save the client time and money. Over time, our project managers implemented new technologies and dramatically reduced the time spent on reviews, revisions, and approvals while retaining the variety of formats and versions preferred by American Century’s clients.
