Rowe Price for most of a decade before leaving to start Purcell Communications in 2005.

Founder and President

Kyle has spent 30 years writing, editing, and managing communications in the investment management sphere. After working as an analyst at Morningstar and a manager at American Century Investments, she was Vice President of Investment Communications at T. Rowe Price for most of a decade before leaving to start Purcell Communications in 2005. She brings a wide range of knowledge about investment products, services, and client types.

Kyle carries a fundamental belief in the power and value of communication. Good writing and consistent editing are essential to making ideas sound smart and authentic. Sustainability is also a passion. She retains the lead writing role for ESG-oriented research and thought leadership, and she has organized her firm around efficient, labor-friendly virtual office processes.

Outside of work, you can find Kyle discussing fantasy football options with her sons, traveling with her girlfriends, or hiking wherever the skies are blue.

Ben has spent over 15 years managing the development and dissemination of content across a diverse set of platforms and industries. His expertise lies in the management of complex, data-heavy messaging presented in digestible content, through use of plain language, data visualization, and close coordination between subject matter experts and communications professionals.

As an MBA and PMP, Ben brings a unique perspective to the process of generating informative financial communications in an efficient manner.

In his spare time, you can find Ben coaching his children’s sports teams, making music, and teaching Operations Management for MBA students at his local college.

ALEDA TALMAGE

Operations Manager

Aleda started her own business consulting firm in 2012, relying on skills honed for 11 years in National Accounts at Aramark Uniform Services. She joined Purcell Communications in 2015, and handles day-to-day operations.

Behind the scenes, she manages internal communications and technology resources that help our team, spread from California to Austria, collaborate and work together seamlessly. Aleda’s supervision of contracting, billing and team resources ensures a headache- and hassle-free client experience.

Aleda has a passion for photography and enjoys spending time in the outdoors with some of her favorite subjects: her husband, kids, and dogs.
